Keyword Revealer Review (2026)

Why I updated this review

I first reviewed Keyword Revealer in 2019. A lot has changed since then. Google+ is long gone, Moz Rank is gone, and Google now answers many searches with an AI Overview before anyone sees a blue link.

Keyword Revealer changed too. It moved to a new platform, and it now calls itself "The AEO & GEO Intelligence Platform." The old site and the lifetime deal page are gone. So I logged back in, went through every tool, and rewrote this review from scratch.

If you read the old version: the prices, the lifetime deal and the 7-day refund in it are out of date. Don't rely on them.

What's new since my original review

Here's what Keyword Revealer added since 2019, based on its site, help center and pricing page:

• AI Search simulator. Enter a keyword and it simulates an AI search result layout, then shows the gaps in your content. The homepage says this works without signing up, with 6 searches per day.
• AI Citation Score checker. Free. It checks if Google AI Overviews cite your site. More on this below.
• AEO Command Center. Audit conversational prompts to see which AI answers cite you across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. The free plan gets 3 prompt audits a day and Basic gets 25. Pro adds AEO Autopilot, which connects to WordPress, Webflow or GitOps, pushes fixes to your pages, and re-checks citations 72 hours later.
• Content Health Audit. Gives a page an SEO score, an AI visibility check and an action plan you can copy.
• AI Simulator for traffic. Forecasts extra traffic if your rankings improve.
• Backlink Analysis. Audit your own links or a competitor's.
• AI Citation Monitor. Watches Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini for citation drops and sends alerts by Slack or email.
• AEO Page Generator. On Pro and up. It turns a keyword cluster into a landing page with FAQ schema and exports the HTML.
• Instant domain activation. Enter your domain when you first log in and it pulls your top 10 to 20 ranking keywords into your workspace. That's close to the wish I had in 2019: enter a domain and see what it ranks for.

The free AI Citation Score checker

This is the reason I'd look at Keyword Revealer again in 2026.

What it does

You give it a domain. It checks the keywords you already rank for and shows whether Google's AI Overviews cite you or your competitors. The checker says it uses live Google AI Overview data, and each domain's results page also mentions ChatGPT, Perplexity, competitor rankings and an embeddable badge. Keyword Revealer doesn't publicly explain how it calculates the score. So I use it the way I use keyword difficulty: as a quick signal to decide where to dig.

Why it matters now

Ranking isn't enough anymore if an AI answer sits on top of you. The data is clear:

• Pew Research Center tracked 900 U.S. adults' real browsing in March 2025. When an AI summary appeared, users clicked a regular search result on 8% of visits. Without one, it was 15%. Users clicked a link inside the AI summary on just 1% of visits. (Published July 22, 2025.)
• Ahrefs found the top-ranking page got 34.5% lower CTR when an AI Overview showed up (April 2025). Its February 2026 update, using December 2025 data, put the drop at 58%.
• Seer Interactive tracked 3,119 informational queries from June 2024 to September 2025. Organic CTR on queries with AI Overviews fell 61%, from 1.76% to 0.61%. Brands cited inside the AI Overview got 35% more organic clicks than brands that weren't.
• Seer's April 2026 update found CTR on those queries climbed back from 1.3% in December 2025 to 2.4% in February 2026. Seer calls that leveling off, not a recovery.

Google says links inside AI Overviews get more clicks than regular listings. The independent studies above show fewer clicks overall. Being cited is the best spot left on a page with an AI Overview. That's what this checker tells you.

Walkthrough: checking wealthyhustler.com

1. Go to the AI Citation Score checker, or open a domain's page directly, like keywordrevealer.com/ai-citation-score/wealthyhustler.com.

2. Enter your domain, plus up to 3 keywords if you want specific ones checked. The score is free, entering your email unlocks the keyword breakdown, and you get 5 checks a day. I entered wealthyhustler.com with "keyword revealer review."
3. Wait for the audit. The page shows "Auditing AI Overviews..." while it runs.
4. Read your score. On September 28, 2026, wealthyhustler.com scored 0, and the page told me "AI answers are sending your traffic to competitors." Not a great start, but now I have a baseline.

5. Open the shareable report to see which of your searches AI Overviews answer and who gets cited instead. For wealthyhustler.com, competitors were cited on all 3 searches it checked, including reddit.com for "alan watts net worth."

6. Check the fixes. The report lists one for each search, like a 45-word direct answer or FAQ schema markup. The fixes themselves are locked until you pick a paid plan.

What I'd do with the result: if your score is low, don't panic. Ranking still helps, but it isn't the whole story anymore. Ahrefs found in early 2026 that only 38% of pages cited in AI Overviews also ranked in the top 10 for that search, down from 76% in its July 2025 study. So start with pages that already rank, and make sure each one answers the question directly near the top.

Core features in 2026

Keyword Research

Still the main tool. Enter a seed keyword, pick a location and language, and you get a list of ideas. The default columns are volume, difficulty, AI Search, intent, CPC and trend, and you can switch on PPC, profit, word count, domain and topic. The AI Search column has a Simulate button that runs the AI Overview simulator on that keyword. There are filters for low difficulty, high volume and "Golden" keywords, plus Domain Search and Ranked Keywords tabs next to the keyword search. Keyword Revealer says its database now has 3.1 billion keywords.

Location and language targeting still works, and you can set defaults so you don't pick them every time. My old example still applies: set the language to Spanish, the location to United States, and search "la zapatería."

Keyword Evaluation and Keyword Difficulty

Evaluate a keyword and a panel opens with its KR Difficulty score out of 100, a volume chart and a SERP analysis of the top 10. "keyword revealer review" came back at 57, which Keyword Revealer labels Very High Competition. I still target keywords at around 30 difficulty or lower on newer sites.

The old version of this page showed Google+ shares and Moz Rank. Both are gone from the web. The SERP analysis now lists the top 10 with each page's KR Authority (Keyword Revealer's own score out of 100, based on link quality, influence and backlink volume), Trust Flow, Citation Flow, external links and estimated visits, plus People Also Ask questions and related searches underneath. The Social/Other tab still shows Facebook shares, comments and reactions and Pinterest pins, plus whether each page has an AMP version. Google+ is just gone from the list.

Keyword Brainstorming

The tree view is still my favorite feature. Type a seed and you get branches of related long-tail keywords. Click a branch and it expands. It works for YouTube searches too, which helps if you're trying to rank YouTube videos. My YouTube search for "cpa method" pulled 307 ideas, split into questions, A to Z, comparisons and prepositions, with a table view if you'd rather scan a list. Keyword Revealer now describes it as a way to build topic clusters and silos, which is how I use it anyway.

Rank Tracker

Add a domain, keywords, device, language and location, and it checks positions daily. Each keyword shows its current position, change, best position, the URL that ranks and an AI Overview column. Up top you get your average position, how many keywords are in the top 10, position changes and an AI Overview summary, plus a position distribution and a history chart. The pricing page lists alerts on Pro and up. Basic tracks 25 keywords, Pro 150 and Elite 400.

My own numbers aren't pretty right now. When I started this update, this review ranked 26th for "keyword revealer." A week after publishing it was 5th. Most of the other keywords I track are past position 100, and the AI Overview column still says no data yet.

Search Console still gives you your own ranking data for free. The Rank Tracker earns its place for tracking competitors and specific locations.

Saved Projects

Save keywords into projects by site or client, and export any project to a CSV file. It's handy if you run more than one site.

Backlink Analysis

Enter any domain to see its total backlinks, referring domains, dofollow and nofollow links, plus Trust Flow and Citation Flow. Basic shows 1,000 backlink rows a day, Pro 2,000 and Elite 7,000. This is new since my first review.

What's still here from 2019

Most of it. Keyword research still has Profit, Words and Domain columns you can turn on, plus a Domain Search tab, a Bulk Evaluate button and an Import button. Saved projects still export to CSV. The one thing I couldn't find is the old Events notes on the rank tracker chart.

Keyword Revealer pricing (2026)

Keyword Revealer lists its plans in the pricing section of its homepage. The homepage AI search tool also gives you 6 free searches a day without an account.

Right now the first month of Pro is $1, then $27.97 a month. If you enter the code WEALTHYHUSTLER at checkout you get the same deal, and it credits this site. There's also a $4.99 pack of 10 extra AI queries that expires after a year.

Compared with my old review, Pro still costs $27.97 a month ($210 a year then, $216 now). Basic went from $9.97 to $19.97 a month ($90 to $150 a year), and Elite went from $47.97 to $69 a month ($354 to $588 a year). The $12.50 a month you'll see in some listings is Basic billed yearly.

Scoring note: the overall score is the plain average of the three subscores. The 2019 version scored it 9.3, with a perfect 10 for pricing. Basic doubling in price is most of the drop.

Which plan I'd pick: start free and run the AI Citation Score checker. If you publish a few posts a month on one or two sites, Basic is enough. Get Pro if you want the AEO Autopilot and the page generator, and the $1 first month makes it cheap to try. Go with Agency if you manage client sites.

AI Visibility plans

The pricing page has a second tab for agencies that sell AI citation tracking. Brand is $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly, for 3 domains and 50 prompts re-measured weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Agency is $249 a month, or $199 billed yearly, for 15 client domains with white-label reports. Agency Plus is $399 a month billed yearly for 50 domains. Don't confuse this Agency plan with the $59 one above: that one is an SEO plan for 5 domains, and this one is built around AI citation tracking. I haven't tested these yet, so I'm listing them rather than rating them.

Is the lifetime deal still available?

As far as I can tell, no. The pricing page has no lifetime plan, and the old lifetime deal (Consultant $59, Marketer $89, Agency $219) lived on a page that now returns a 404. Keyword Revealer has sold lifetime deals through AppSumo and Dealify since then, but I couldn't find one running now. If a lifetime deal comes back, I'll update this section.

Keyword Revealer vs alternatives

Keyword Revealer vs KWFinder. I've used both, and they cover a lot of the same ground. Keyword Revealer is cheaper: Basic is $19.97 a month, and Mangools' Basic is $61 monthly. Read my KWFinder review for the full breakdown.

Keyword Revealer vs Ahrefs. Not a fair fight on data. Ahrefs says its index holds 35 trillion external backlinks, and Keyword Revealer says it has crawled over 10 trillion. Ahrefs also has far more tools. It starts at $29 for a limited Starter plan and $129 a month for Lite. If you're a blogger with one or two sites, Keyword Revealer covers most of what you'll actually use.

Who should use Keyword Revealer

• Bloggers and affiliate site owners who want cheap, simple keyword research.
• Anyone who wants to know whether Google's AI Overviews cite them, without paying for an enterprise AI tracking tool.
• Small agencies that want keyword research, rank tracking and backlink checks in one login. If you sell AI visibility reports to clients, look at the AI Visibility plans instead, from $99 a month for 3 domains.

Skip it if you need deep backlink data every day. Ahrefs is the better buy for that.

How much does Keyword Revealer cost in 2026? Basic is $19.97 a month or $150 a year. Pro is $27.97 a month or $216 a year, and the code WEALTHYHUSTLER makes the first month of Pro $1. Elite is $69 a month or $588 a year, and Agency, which covers 5 client domains, is $59 a month or $499 a year.

Is there still a lifetime deal? Not that I can find. It's not on the pricing page, and the old lifetime deal page is gone.

Can I cancel? Yes, under My Account, then the Subscription tab. You keep access until the end of your billing cycle, and before you cancel it offers 50% off for 3 months or a free month to stay.

What is the AI Citation Score? It's Keyword Revealer's free check of whether Google's AI Overviews cite your site for the keywords you already rank for. The scoring method isn't published.

Does it still show Google+ and Moz Rank? No. Google shut down the consumer version of Google+ on April 2, 2019, and older metrics like Moz Rank are retired. Ignore any review that still lists them.

Final thoughts

Keyword Revealer is still a tool I'd hand to a new blogger. It's cheap, the difficulty score is easy to read, and the brainstorming tree still finds long-tail keywords I wouldn't have thought of.

The AI Citation Score checker is the reason to look again in 2026. Clicks are shrinking on searches with AI Overviews, and being cited is the best spot left. Run the free check on your own domain first. If you like what you see, the code WEALTHYHUSTLER gets you the first month of Pro for $1.
